No pest control experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive paid training and the tools needed to become a successful Service Professional.

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid Training: $20–$22 per hour during the initial 90-day training period.
• Commission-Based Pay: Opportunity to transition to our production-based commission structure upon successful completion of training.
• First-Year Commission Potential: $50,000–$80,000 annually during your first full calendar year on commission.
• Established Technician Earnings: Most of our experienced Service Professionals earn $60,000–$80,000+ annually, with opportunities to earn more based on performance.

What You'll Do

As a Bug Blasters Service Professional, you'll help protect homes and businesses throughout the Big Country while building relationships with our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity.
• Perform professional pest control treatments and preventative services.
• Educate customers and recommend effective pest management solutions.
• Perform termite inspections and treatments as trained and qualified.
• Safely operate and maintain a company-provided service vehicle.
• Accurately complete service documentation and communicate with office staff.
• Follow all company safety standards and state regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Bug Blasters professionally.

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Previous pest control experience is NOT required. We provide the training necessary to get started.
