Pest Control Technician- Full Time

Job Overview
Rose Worx Pest Control is a growing locally owned pest management company based out of Isanti, MN. We are currently looking to add another technician to our team as our business continues to grow throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

At this time, the owner is the company’s sole technician and Master Technician, meaning you’ll work directly alongside someone with extensive hands-on field experience and have the opportunity to grow with the business from the ground up.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, helping people, and being outdoors in a variety of environments each day.

Technicians travel from office or home to customer locations using a company-provided vehicle while servicing residential and commercial properties.

No pest control experience? That's ok. We are willing to train the right person who is reliable, comfortable with physical work, and willing to learn.

Service Area

Routes may cover up to two hours in any direction from Isanti, MN.

General Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections to identify pest activity and determine the best treatment approach
• Perform pest control services for insects, rodents, and other pests in accordance with company policies and state regulations
• Educate customers on prevention strategies and recommendations
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with customers
• Keep accurate service records and treatment notes
• Work independently while managing daily routes efficiently

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments
• This is a physically active job- applicants must be able to regularly lift and carry approximately 50 lbs, wear a fully loaded backpack sprayer, climb ladders, work in attics/crawlspaces, bend/kneel, and crouch, and work on uneven terrain and carry up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, background check, motor vehicle record check, and medical exam

Schedule

Generally Monday–Friday
Approximately 40 hours per week
Seasonal overtime opportunities available

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
