Pest Control Technician/Sales Representative for North OC

Villa Hills Pest Management is looking for an experienced, dependable Pest Control Technician to join our growing team and take ownership of an established residential service route in North Orange County.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $26.50–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skill level.

Schedule & Service Area

• Monday through Friday
• Typically 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Residential service route in North Orange County
• Company vehicle provided for take-home use

Candidates should live within approximately 30 minutes of Placentia, CA. Please ensure your current city is accurately listed on your Indeed profile or resume.

Job Responsibilities

You will independently manage residential Branch 2 pest control services, including:

• Routine general pest control treatments
• Ant, spider, and other general insect services
• Rat and mouse control
• Thorough rodent inspections
• Rodent trapping and monitoring
• Rodent exclusion and entry-point identification
• Thorough exterior dewebbing
• Proper inspection and maintenance of rodent bait stations
• Identifying pest activity and recommending appropriate service solutions
• Providing courteous, professional customer service
• Maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle and properly maintained equipment
• Completing service reports and documentation accurately

We want technicians who take the time to inspect properties thoroughly, identify problems, and provide lasting solutions whenever possible. Consistency, attention to detail, and pride in your work are essential.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• Valid California Branch 2 license or the ability to meet applicable California licensing requirements
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to and from work
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a residential route
• Ability to maintain a steady pace without sacrificing service quality
• Strong customer-service skills
• A responsible, organized, and professional approach to daily work

Preferred experience:

• Previous residential pest control experience
• Hands-on rodent inspection and control experience
• Rodent trapping and exclusion experience
• Experience independently managing a service route
• A demonstrated record of reliability and consistent performance
• A history of stable, long-term employment
