Job Summary

The Pet Care Coordinator is responsible for assisting pet owners with aftercare arrangements following the loss of their pets. The role involves coordinating pet collection, cremation services, memorial arrangements, client communication, and administrative documentation while ensuring compassionate and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pet collection, transportation, cremation, and aftercare arrangements.
• Communicate with pet owners regarding service options, schedules, procedures, and updates.
• Provide compassionate and professional assistance to grieving pet owners.
• Maintain accurate client records, service requests, payment details, and aftercare documentation.
• Coordinate with operations staff and service providers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor service schedules and follow up on pending arrangements.
• Assist with the preparation and release of cremated remains, urns, and memorial items.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Ensure proper handling, identification, and documentation of pets entrusted to the company.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least two years of college education; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and applicants without prior work experience are welcome to apply.
• Background in customer service, administrative support, logistics, or coordination is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Empathetic, patient, and professional when dealing with grieving pet owners.
• Willing to learn proper pet aftercare procedures and follow established handling protocols.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
