Pet Care, Customer Service Representative

Demi's Dog House has a great opportunity for a Front Desk/CSR to help support the business and it's valued clients in the pet care industry!

Demi's is a boutique dog daycare, cage-free boarding and grooming facility located between River Oaks and Midtown. We have proudly been in the Pet Care Industry for over 17 years. This opportunity is a fast paced position that will focus on interfacing heavily with current and potential new clients. Qualified candidates should have strong administrative experience, well developed customer service and communication skills, be able to multi-task and accomplish work responsibilities with a sense of urgency and very strong attention to detail. Competencies for this position include maturity, leadership skills, computer savviness, strong work ethic/integrity, and consistently being a team player. The incumbent will be expected to uphold excellent service standards, respond professionally and efficiently to customers and maintain high client satisfaction.

Experience working in the Pet Care and/or Veterinary industry is preferred but not required. Proper dog handling skills and reading dog body language are very helpful for this position.

The schedule is mainly Monday - Friday, with rotating weekend and holiday shifts. Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
