Pet Care Facility Receptionist/Handler

We are a busy pet care facility (grooming and doggy daycare) looking to hire someone to work in our reception. The job entails bringing pets in and out, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, speaking with clients in our busy, fast-paced reception. Must be physically able to be on your feet for duration of the shift, as well as lift up to 50lbs. The ideal candidate would be someone who:

• thrives in a fast paced environment

• is organized and able to multitask

• is comfortable working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages and personalities

• has good animal instincts

• has good interpersonal skills- must be able to speak with pet owners

• has computer and phone skills

• work well with others and collaborate as a team

• must be able to work in an environment with cats as well

• customer service experience is preferred
