Job Summary: We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented pet lovers to oversee our daycare playgroups and support boarding operations. No prior professional animal experience is required—we provide comprehensive hands-on training!

Key Responsibilities:

• Playgroup Supervision: Actively monitor and manage dog daycare groups, learning to read canine body language to maintain safe, balanced, and positive play.
• Daily Boarding Care: Feed, water, and administer medications accurately according to strict client instructions.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain high sanitation standards by cleaning kennels, play yards, suites, and common areas (including sanitizing, scrubbing, and waste removal).
• Health & Safety: Observe dog behavior and physical health daily; promptly record and report any signs of stress, injury, or illness.
• Enrichment Services: Conduct daily enrichment activities such as one-on-one puzzles, scent trails, and agility games to keep dogs mentally engaged and happy.
• Pet Bathing: Perform routine bathing, drying, and basic departure care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• No experience needed – training provided on dog behavior, group management, and safety protocols.
• Strong passion for animals and a commitment to high-quality care.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably throughout a shift.
• Ability to work comfortably outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent punctuality, team communication, and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays (our busiest times for boarding).
