Pet Groomer

Mobile Dog Groomer — Premium/Luxury Pet Grooming BrandVan & Pup | Phoenix / Scottsdale, AZ

One dog. One groomer. One van. Zero compromises.

The Opportunity

Van & Pup is redefining mobile grooming in the Greater Phoenix area with a simple but powerful concept: every pup gets a private, one-on-one session with a dedicated groomer in a fully equipped van — no cages, no chaos, no rushing.

We're building our opening team now, and we're looking for a talented, experienced groomer who's ready to do their best work without the overhead of running a business. You bring the skill. We bring everything else.

Join our launch team and earn a guaranteed $22/hour, plus 100% of your tips.

What You Get

• $22/hour guaranteed during our launch period, plus you keep 100% of your tips
• A fully equipped, professional mobile grooming van — yours to work from
• Van, fuel, equipment, and supplies — all covered
• A full schedule, built for you — appointments are already filling up ahead of launch
• Commission-based pay after launch, plus you keep 100% of your tips
• Admin and scheduling support — so you can focus on grooming, not paperwork
• Room to grow — join a new brand early and grow with it long-term

What You'll Do

• Deliver expert bathing, haircutting, styling, and finishing work in a calm, private setting
• Customize every groom to the dog's breed, coat, age, and condition — and the pet parent's preferences
• Handle everything from routine maintenance to detailed breed-specific and specialty cuts
• Give puppies and first-timers a gentle introduction to grooming, and give senior dogs the extra patience and comfort they need
• Keep your van clean, organized, and appointment-ready every day
• Show up on time and represent Van & Pup with warmth and professionalism in clients' homes and neighborhoods

What We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• Professional grooming experience and confidence across a wide range of breeds and coat types
• Strong scissoring and hand-finishing skills — you take pride in the details
• Comfort with doodles, curly coats, and specialty/breed-specific cuts
• Experience with puppies and senior dogs, and the patience both require
• A gentle, safety-first approach to every dog that gets on your table
• Independence and reliability — you manage your day and show up ready
• A friendly, professional presence with pet parents

Mobile grooming experience is a nice-to-have — solid grooming skill and a great attitude matter more. If you've got the talent, we'll help you make the transition to van life.

Why Groomers Choose Van & Pup

We built this company around two things: an exceptional experience for the dog and the pet parent, and an exceptional experience for the groomer.

That means you're not chasing clients, managing bookings, or covering overhead — you're doing the work you love, with the support to do it well. We handle the van, the fuel, the supplies, the marketing, and the scheduling. You handle the craft.

We're building our opening team now — and looking for the right groomer to help shape what Van & Pup becomes.
