Picture this: you arrive for your 7:00 pm start, prep the extrusion line, review the job specs, and bring the machine up to speed. Through the night you monitor line speed, check the sheet against processing standards, and make precise control adjustments to keep quality on target. When a hiccup happens, you safely stop or reset, notify your supervisor, and get us back on track. By 7:30 am, you leave knowing you helped produce packaging that millions will use.

Compensation & Incentives

• Starting pay at $22/hour or higher based on experience, plus $3,000 incentive bonus.
• Hourly rate varies by experience and shift, with additional opportunities such as night shift differential, incentive bonus, and relocation assistance.

Shift Schedule

7:00 pm–7:30 am (C shifts). Rotating 12-hour shifts with a 3-day weekend every other weekend.

What You’ll Do

• Start up machines by engaging controls after reviewing job specifications.
• Adjust settings and controls so sheet remains within defined processing standards.
• Feed material and monitor machine speed throughout production.
• Stop or reset equipment during malfunctions and promptly report issues to a supervisor.

PET experience is a plus!
