Job Overview

The PetPro Activation Manager MYSG (Royal Canin) is a dynamic, execution-focused role accountable for driving route to-market excellence and high-quality clinical execution in the veterinary channel. This role equips the Business Development Managers (BDMs) with the right detailing aids and sales toolkits, optimizing merchandising, and fostering strategic clinic partnerships to maximize brand presence and sales performance.

Job Responsibilierses

• Sales Toolkit Development: Create, refine, and deploy comprehensive sales team toolkits, guiding BDMs on what detailing aids to present to vets and establishing best-in-class detailing techniques.
• Clinical Execution & Merchandising: Lead the strategy and execution of in-clinic merchandising, ensuring optimal brand visibility and placement within veterinary practices.
• Customized Promotions: Design and implement highly effective, customized promotional plans (B2B) tailored specifically for top-tier clinic accounts.
• Partnerships & Events: Drive local clinic partnerships, sponsorships, and clinical events to engage practice owners and staff.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key external partners (vets and practice owners) and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (BDMs, Marketing Manager, Health Affairs, and Finance) to align trade activities.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or sales execution within the FMCG or Pet Care industries.
• Proven track record of developing sales collateral, executing in-store/clinic merchandising, and managing B2B promotional budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong commercial mindset.
