PE/VC Fund Accountant

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations within with both offshore and onshore Funds and related companies
• Manage the accounting, tax, banking, investment, cash management, auditing and other financial needs as necessary
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
• Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company
• Research and analyse financial reports and market trends
• Prepare financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation Qualification:
• CA / CPA license or equivalent with a strong academic record; 2. 2+ years post-qualified experience, preferably with a financial services and audit background, i.e. big 4 firm;
• Knowledge of local accounting, regulatory and finance-operational rules;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and establish and adhere to a work plan/program which has been approved by management;
• Both written and oral English and Mandarin language skills.
