PF Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of Provident Fund (EPF) compliance across group entities
• Monthly ECR preparation, challan generation, and timely remittance
• UAN generation, KYC updation, and member data management on the EPFO portal
• Processing of PF withdrawals, transfers, and settlement claims
• Management of ESIC compliance, including monthly contributions and returns
• Handling Professional Tax and other applicable labour statutory filings
• Liaison with EPFO / ESIC regional offices and resolution of employee queries
• Maintenance of statutory registers and records for audit and inspection
• Coordination with the payroll team to ensure accurate deductions and reconciliation

Required Skills:

• Hands on experience with the EPFO and ESIC portals
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, and related labour law provisions
• Familiarity with payroll software and MS Excel
• Strong follow up, coordination, and compliance discipline

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
