Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of monthly EPF ECR and ESIC challans.
• Employee registration under EPF and ESIC.
• UAN generation, activation, KYC updates, Aadhaar/PAN seeding, and profile corrections.
• Handling PF transfers, withdrawals, pension-related work, joint declarations, and member corrections.
• ESIC IP registration, family detail updates, TIC generation, exit processes, and online corrections.
• Coordinating with clients to collect payroll and employee data.
• Drafting and replying to client emails in professional English.
• Preparing compliance reports, reconciliation statements, and MIS.
• Coordinating with EPFO and ESIC authorities for issue resolution.
• Maintaining statutory records and ensuring timely compliance.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with EPFO and ESIC portals
• PF ECR preparation and filing
• ESIC challan preparation
• UAN management and KYC updates
• PF claims, transfers, exits, and corrections
• Good working knowledge of labour law compliances
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to draft professional emails and respond to client queries independently
• Good communication and client coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
