PFFC Collections Officer

Responsible for monitoring customer accounts, following up on overdue payments, posting collections, and ensuring timely collection of receivables. The Collection Officer maintains accurate records of customer payments, coordinates with clients regarding billing concerns, and ensures that the company receives correct and timely payment for products and services rendered. The role also requires conducting field work, including visiting clients and assigned locations for collection follow-ups, account verification, and other collection-related activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit and collection, or a related role is an advantage
• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License with authorization to drive four-wheel vehicles
• Willing to conduct field work and client visits as required
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
• Willing to work flexible hours when necessary
