We are working with a leading FM consultancy that is looking to appoint an FM Consultant to support a growing portfolio of client projects.

The Role

Working across a range of sectors including Defence, Healthcare, Justice, Commercial and Data Centres, you will support the delivery of FM advisory and consultancy projects, including:

• FM procurement and contract reviews
• Service reviews and performance improvement
• Lifecycle management
• PPP/PFI projects
• Hard & Soft FM
• FM project delivery
• KPI and performance management
• CAFM systems and technology

About You

We are looking for either an FM consultant or Senior FM Consultant.

• Experienced FM professional with around 5–6 years’ experience within a large FM provider, or a strong background in FM consultancy, advisory or senior operational roles.
• Looking to develop a career within a consultancy environment, working across projects and within a fee-earning model.
• Strong understanding of FM contracts, KPIs, CAFM systems and wider FM service delivery.
• Ability to lead projects, manage multiple workstreams and engage confidently with clients and key stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills, with the ability to provide practical and commercially focused FM advice.
