- Eigenverantwortung und Flexibilität
- Ein hohes Maß an sozialen Kompetenzen
- Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zu zwei Schichtdiensten und zur Übernahme von Rufbereitschaft
- Einen Führerschein der Klasse B
