Are you a passionate PGA Golf Professional who enjoys developing golfers, delivering exceptional coaching experiences, and growing the game of golf?

Al Mouj Golf is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic PGA Golf Professional to join our team. This role combines golf operations with professional coaching, with a key focus on growing participation and maximising the potential of our Toptracer facility .

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group golf coaching programmes.
• Develop and manage the golf academy, including budgets, revenue, and profitability.
• Plan and deliver seasonal coaching programmes, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Organise golf events, competitions, and corporate experiences at the Toptracer facility.
• Maintain high standards across the academy, driving range, and teaching equipment.
• Support customer engagement and promote golf participation through digital platforms and social media.

What We’re Looking For

• PGA-qualified Golf Professional.
• Level 3 or Level 4 coaching qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in golf instruction and academy management.
• Experience in digital coaching and teaching software.
• Strong customer service, communication, time management, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and golf club management systems.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
