Higher Secondary Teacher (PGT / Post Graduate Teacher)

Core Responsibilities (All Subjects)

• Subject Instruction: Plan and execute comprehensive, curriculum-aligned lesson plans for your designated subject (e.g., Science, Mathematics, Humanities, Commerce, or Languages).
• Board & Exam Preparation: Design rigorous revision modules, practice tests, and mock exams tailored to board evaluation standards ( CBSE)
• Assessment & Evaluation: Grade assignments, lab reports, practicals, and term exams, providing constructive feedback to bridge learning gaps.
• Differentiated Learning: Support underperforming students with remedial sessions while offering advanced enrichment for high-achieving students.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, respectful, and academically focused environment suitable for young adults.
• Parent & Stakeholder Communication: Conduct regular progress updates during parent-teacher meetings regarding student performance and behavior.
• Administrative & Extracurricular Duties: Track attendance, maintain academic records, supervise practical/project work, and assist with school events or academic clubs.equired Qualifications & Credentials**.**equired Qualifications & Credentials

Required Qualifications & Credentials

• Education: Master’s degree (Post Graduation) in the specific subject or a closely related field.
• Professional Degree: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teacher training qualification.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of teaching experience at the high school or higher secondary level is preferred by most institutions.
• Subject Expertise: Deep command of the subject syllabus, exam patterns, and digital/lab tools relevant to the discipline.

Key Skills

• Communication: Clear, concise, and engaging delivery of complex theoretical or practical concepts.
• Adaptability: Ability to integrate smartboards, lab equipment, or online learning management systems (LMS) into daily teaching.
• Mentorship: Acting as an academic and career guide as students transition from school to higher education.
• Patience & Empathy: Managing the high-stress exam year for senior students with emotional and academic support.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
