Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive PH Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our writer development program. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire writer pipeline—from sourcing and onboarding to training, coaching, and first-pass reviews. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong leadership and coaching skills who can effectively support and develop a team of writers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end writer pipeline, including sourcing, onboarding, and training.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure new writers are set up for success.
• Deliver training and provide ongoing coaching to improve writer performance.
• Perform first-pass reviews of submitted work and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Monitor writer performance, productivity, and engagement.
• Ensure writers adhere to company guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend additional training or development.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding writer progress and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding, training, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven experience in training, coaching, team coordination, operations, project

coordination, recruitment, content management, or a similar role.

• Strong ability to teach, mentor, and develop individuals, regardless of educational

background.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple

priorities.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable giving constructive feedback and managing performance.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and other productivity tools.
• Experience working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content writing, editing, publishing, or creative writing.
• Experience creating or facilitating training programs.
• Experience managing teams or coordinating projects.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for running the writer program from end to end—not just managing a

roster. You'll onboard writers, conduct training, review submissions, provide coaching, and help build a high-performing writing team while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
