PH | Azure Logic Apps Developer (OAuth 2.0 Implementation)

We are seeking an experienced Azure Logic Apps Developer to design, develop, and support secure enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services, with a strong focus on OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable and reliable integration workflows, establishing secure API connectivity, managing OAuth token flows, and ensuring that integration solutions meet enterprise security and compliance standards.

This role requires hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps Consumption and Standard.
• Build and manage workflows that integrate cloud-based and on-premises applications.
• Develop reusable connectors, workflows, and integration patterns across enterprise systems.
• Integrate applications, APIs, and services using secure and scalable integration architectures.
• Implement robust error handling, retry mechanisms, monitoring, and logging within integration workflows.

OAuth 2.0 & Authentication

• Design and implement OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization flows, including:

  • Client Credentials Grant
  • Authorization Code Grant
  • Refresh Token Flow
  • On-Behalf-Of (OBO) Flow

• Configure Azure Logic Apps connections to securely consume protected APIs.

• Integrate applications and APIs with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and third-party Identity Providers (IdPs).

• Implement and manage secure token acquisition, renewal, validation, and storage.

• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, token, and connectivity issues.

• Apply OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) best practices across integration solutions.

API Integration & Management

• Integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs with enterprise applications and services.
• Design and implement secure API-to-API communication patterns.
• Configure and manage Azure API Management policies for authentication, authorization, token validation, and API security.
• Implement API security controls and integration best practices.
• Support API governance and ensure integrations comply with established enterprise standards.

Security & Compliance

• Apply Azure security best practices across integration architectures and workflows.
• Manage secrets, certificates, credentials, and sensitive configuration using Azure Key Vault.
• Ensure integration solutions adhere to organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in security reviews and vulnerability assessments for integration solutions.
• Identify and address potential security risks within integration workflows and API connections.

Operations & Production Support

• Monitor integration solutions using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support deployment, release management, and environment promotion activities.
• Monitor workflow performance, failures, API connectivity, and authentication issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and operational runbooks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Azure Logic Apps Developer, Azure Integration Developer, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps – Consumption and/or Standard.
• Strong understanding and practical implementation experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization.
• Hands-on experience implementing Client Credentials, Authorization Code, Refresh Token, and OBO flows.
• Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and third-party Identity Providers.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, API integration, and API security.
• Experience with Azure API Management and API security policies.
• Working knowledge of Azure Functions and other Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with Azure Key Vault for secure management of secrets, certificates, and credentials.
• Familiarity with OpenID Connect (OIDC) and modern authentication concepts.
• Experience with Azure Monitor and Application Insights for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and monitoring.
• Experience supporting production environments, deployments, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.
