PH Waitress/Cashier

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome guests, present menus, and guide them through food or beverage options.

• Order Taking: Capture food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

• Table Service: Deliver orders promptly, check on guest satisfaction, and clear tables quickly.

• Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments accurately while issuing correct bills and change.

• Register Management: Open and close the cash drawer, reconcile cash drops, and manage shift sales reports.

• Side Work: Restock condiments, clean dining areas, and ensure service stations are organized.

• Teamwork: Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a waiter, cashier, or server in a restaurant or café environment.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience operating a POS register and basic numeracy skills.

• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, a welcoming personality, and strong customer-handling abilities.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays continuously during long shifts.

• Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
