Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, consolidate, and analyze large-scale datasets from internal and external sources to support business objectives.
• Insights & Customer Experience: Mine data to understand customer behavior, product/service trends, and business performance to optimize operations and CX.
• BI & Reporting: Design, build, operate, and optimize regular and ad-hoc dashboards/reports (using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Apache Superset).
• Predictive Modeling & Automation: Build and optimize forecasting and AI/ML models to automate analytics workflows.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams to lead data initiatives; ensure data governance, security, and accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative fields.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Data Analyst (DA) or Data Scientist (DS) roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in SQL , Python/R , and query optimization (Mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker; experience with Apache Superset is a plus).
• Solid understanding of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and Big Data/Cloud platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of ETL pipelines (experience with Apache Airflow preferred).
• Familiarity with Machine Learning/AI applied to business decisions is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Systems thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to explain complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Full end-to-end project delivery experience is highly prioritized.
