• Staff Education: Train medical personnel on new drug therapies, safety protocols, and proper medication handling.
• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. [1, 2]
• Licensure: Valid pharmacist license in the practicing region/country. [1]
• Experience: Prior clinical or hospital experience; specialized residencies (e.g., geriatrics, critical care) are a plus. [1]
