Palomba General Trading LLC is seeking an experienced Pharma & Advanced Manufacturing Process Solutions Manager to develop industrial projects with pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and advanced manufacturing companies in the UAE.

The role focuses on mixing, milling, powder handling, dosing, conveying, homogenisation and integrated process systems .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing accounts across Ras Al Khaimah and the Northern Emirates.
• Build relationships with Plant, Engineering, Operations and Procurement teams.
• Identify plant upgrades, capacity expansion and new-line projects.
• Understand process requirements and production bottlenecks.
• Qualify opportunities before engineering involvement.
• Coordinate technical meetings, RFQs and quotations.
• Support negotiations through to project award.
• Develop relationships with industrial zones, EPCs and engineering companies.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years in industrial machinery, process equipment or technical project sales.
• Strong UAE manufacturing network.
• Experience dealing with production plants and engineering teams.
• Experience with CAPEX projects, RFQs or tenders.
• Knowledge of mixing, milling, powder handling or related systems.
• Fluent English required.
• Arabic advantageous.
