Technical Data Delivery Manager (US Pharma Commercial Data Product Engineering )Key ResponsibilitiesData Delivery & Program Management​

Own the delivery roadmap for data pipelines, integrations, and reporting supporting contract management platforms (e.g., Revenue Manager, GP of Model N Flex, MalBek CLM).​Manage end-to-end delivery of data feeds between SAP, distributor/wholesaler (852/867 data), GPO membership, and contract management systems.​Coordinate release planning, sprint cycles, UAT, and go-live activities with cross-functional teams.Business & Technical Liaison​Translate business requirements from Contracting, Pricing, and Strategy teams into technical specifications for data engineering teams.​Serve as subject matter expert on commercial contracting data flows: chargebacks, rebates, admin fees, GPO/IDN affiliations, Medicaid URA, 340B ceiling prices, and Best Price calculations, ASP.​Partner with compliance/legal to ensure data handling meets government pricing and regulatory reporting requirements (CMS, PHS/HRSA, State Medicaid).Data Quality & Governance​Define and monitor data quality KPIs (completeness, accuracy, timeliness) for contract and pricing data.​Establish data validation, reconciliation, and exception-handling processes for chargeback and rebate data.​Drive root-cause analysis and remediation for data discrepancies impacting contract compliance or payments.Team & Vendor Leadership​Manage a team of data analysts/engineers and/or oversee third-party vendors/system integrators.​Manage relationships with technology vendors (e.g., Model N, distributors Sales data providers ( 867)).Reporting & Continuous Improvement​Oversee development of dashboards/reports for contract performance, membership tracking, and pricing compliance.​Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual data processing and improve delivery cycle times.Required Qualifications​Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master's a plus).​7+ years of experience in data management/delivery roles, with 3+ years specifically in pharmaceutical commercial contracting, trade, or government pricing.​Knowledge and experience with contract/chargeback platforms (Model N, Revitas/Flex, Vistex, or equivalent).​Strong understanding of pharma distribution data (852/867 EDI transactions), GPO/IDN structures, rebate/chargeback processing, and government pricing calculations (Medicaid URA, 340B, Best Price, ASP).​Experience with SQL, ETL tools, and data warehousing, lakehouse, data products and semantic layer concepts (AWS Athena, RedShift, Snowflake).​Proven project/program management experience delivering technical solutions in regulated environments.​Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to translate between business and technical audiences.Preferred Qualifications​Experience with cloud data platform (preferably AWS).​Knowledge of pharma compliance frameworks (PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act, government pricing regulations)​Knowledge of Data Products and Semantic layer​PMP, Agile/Scrum certification.Key Competencies​Domain expertise in pharma commercial contracting/trade relations​Technical fluency (data architecture, integration, ETL)​Data Products and Semantic layer​Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence​Strong analytical and problem-solving skills​Attention to detail in a compliance-sensitive environment

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
