There are multiple positions available that are based in India. Currently, we have our offices in Chennai , Bangalore and Hyderabad; We are looking for people with hands-on expertise in delivering advanced analytics, BI, ML / data engineering and data sciences solutions in the Pharma industry with a consultative mindset. Prior experience in project management & team management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work on some of the latest applications of AI to solve complex business problems and demonstrate significant business value to one or more clients in the Pharma domain.
• Lead project teams consisting of consultants, analysts, data scientists, ML engineers etc.
• Closely engage with client stakeholders and onsite teams; participate in client workshops to identify high impact business problems that could be solved through AI based solutions.
• Translate those business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear analytic problem statements.
• Domain expertise in Pharma Industry or in Life Sciences / Us healthcare worked on Analytics consulting as a mandate.
• Experience with cross therapeutically areas studies to meet Value Evidence and Real-world Evidence analytics needs.
• Build machine learning and/or statistical models in Life sciences use cases such as predicting disease or treatment outcomes.
• Develop thorough understanding of the Real-World Data (such as patient claims data, EMR, consumer data) and their use cases in pharmaceutical/health care research.
• Knowledge of different retrospective RWD (Real World Data) databases such as Truven, Optum, Symphony etc.
• Experience in bio-statistical techniques such as Survival analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in delivering advanced analytics.
