Pharma Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and medical representatives.
• Conduct regular field visits and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up with existing customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, dosage information, and company offerings professionally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with the sales and distribution team to ensure timely product availability.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm/D.Pharm/MBA Sales will be an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards + Attractive incentive plans

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
