Pharma Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising? We’re partnering with a leading agency to find a talented Freelance Senior Project Manager to support their dynamic team remotely.

In this role, you’ll lead exciting projects such as website launches, digital campaigns, brochures, and emails—ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You’ll be the heartbeat of project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and proactively resolving challenges along the way.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of advertising agency or healthcare/pharma agency project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, integrated advertising projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows across creative development, production, print, digital, and video.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and operate within established agency processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Workfront experience ideal
