Hiring Details

• Mandatory Training: First month, Monday-Friday (7:45am-4:30pm).
• Wage: $22.25-24.25 + $1.00 increase after successful completion of 90-day introductory period.
• Retention Bonus: Upon your 6months with us, receive $600.00 for your commitment to your team.
• Overtime: At times may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to wear additional gowning (full body coverall, hood, shoe covers, gloves, hairnet, beard cover, protective eyewear, and facemask) and, at times, a full-face respirator.
• Perform specialized and technical cleaning/sterilization in a manufacturing cleanroom environment per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform cleanroom operations in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Execute cleaning, sanitization, and environmental monitoring activities to control microbial contamination
• Properly gown, de-gown, and work within classified cleanroom environments
• Accurately complete batch records, logs, and documentation in compliance with quality standards
• Identify and report deviations, contamination risks, or non-conformances
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Organize and deliver gowning materials to the point of use within the cleanroom.
