Alencure Biotech is looking for a skilled and responsible Pharmaceutical Fitter to handle the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Job Location: Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh
Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair pharmaceutical production machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth machine operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain machinery according to pharmaceutical hygiene and safety standards.
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for efficient operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, or a related trade.
• 3–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of mechanical tools, machinery maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of GMP, equipment hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions.
