Imagine starting your shift with a clear mission: help patients worldwide by producing high‑quality medicines with precision and care. As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator at Adare, you will report to a Shift Supervisor and rotate through key oral solid dose operations—dispensing, blending and granulation, compression, encapsulation, and coating—building mastery step by step with structured cross‑training.

What your day could look like

• Prepare production spaces: set up dispensing rooms per SOPs and the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), then document set‑ups and cleaning in logbooks and required forms.
• Handle raw materials from the warehouse according to SOPs and Production Batch Records: verify approvals, check expiry and retest dates, and issue materials while recording all entries in the BMR, inventory card, and other documentation.
• Run core processes: operate granulation systems; coat using equipment such as Accela Cota and Compulab with dust collection; compress and encapsulate per batch instructions; and complete in‑process inspections.
• Operate and care for equipment: Kilian S520, Syntheses 500, tablet presses, drum lifters, dedusters, metal detectors, scales, micrometers, hardness testers, printers, and inspection machines.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness: wash rooms and equipment (mills, mixers, ovens, granulators, and more) in line with SOPs; keep work areas orderly.
• Live cGMP every minute: follow gowning and documentation practices, adhere to departmental SOPs and safety policies, meet your schedule, and complete assigned tasks.
• Grow continuously: complete required training and add new techniques to your toolkit as you demonstrate proficiency. Respirator use may be required (medical clearance needed).

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Comfort with computers to complete training and interface with mechanical/control systems; strong written and verbal communication.
• Solid math skills, including working with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to present to small groups of colleagues or customers.
• Proven ability to follow detailed instructions delivered in written, oral, or diagram form and apply sound judgment on the floor.
