Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pharmacist Assistant.

In this role, you will work closely with licensed pharmacists to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care and customer service to our clients. As a vital member of our pharmacy team, you will assist with various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the pharmacy and the well-being of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain inventory levels of medications and supplies, including restocking shelves and managing expiration dates.

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns from customers.

• Prepare prescription labels and packages according to pharmacy regulations and guidelines.

• Help maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including sanitizing work areas and equipment.

• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and maintaining patient profiles.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software systems.
