Requirements

• University graduate in Pharmacy or related disciplines
• Holder of a valid Pharmacist Certificate of Registration and Practicing Certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong
• 3-5 years relevant experience as Pharmacist in hospitals or medical centers
• Prior exposure in hospital setting with supervisory experience is a great advantage
• Good command of spoken & written English and conversational Putonghua
• Independent, detail-oriented, cheerful with good interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, preferably with Clinic Solutions
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team to ensure the pharmaceutical and dispensing services meet the needs of patients
• Provide professional advice on inventory management, dispensing, drug administration and prescribing
• Communicate with doctors and medical professionals to ensure quality medical services can be delivered
• Maintain a safe and secure storage of drugs and keep the stock of drugs at an optimum level
• Responsible for handling various kinds of drugs in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in managing the operation of a pharmacy in conformance with all laws and rules pertinent to the practice of pharmacy and the distribution of drugs
• Prepare inventory & dispensary services audit reports and provide training to dispensary staff
