Job Description:

• Were hiring a Pharmacist for Zippee, a fast-growing quick commerce and e-commerce startup, who can bring their pharmaceutical expertise to a technology-driven environment and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient handling and delivery of medicines. The role will involve supporting pharmacy operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in the fast-paced quick-commerce ecosystem.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and were not for everyone.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations at the dark store in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, segregation and dispensing of pharmaceutical products.
• Verify prescriptions and ensure medicines are processed accurately as per applicable requirements.
• Maintain proper records of medicines, inward/outward stock, expiry, batch numbers and other pharmacy-related documentation.
• Monitor near-expiry and expired medicines and ensure appropriate action is taken as per company SOPs.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines, including temperature-sensitive products wherever applicable.
• Support inventory management, stock audits, reconciliation and quality checks.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
• Understand the quick commerce operating model, including fast order processing, picking, packing, inventory accuracy and time-sensitive fulfilment.
• Work closely with Zippee teams to ensure service levels and operational processes are followed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Drug & Pharmacy regulations and support inspections, audits and licensing requirements.
• Maintain all required pharmacy registers, records and documentation.
• Report discrepancies, stock issues, compliance concerns or operational deviations to the relevant management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Post Graduate in Pharmacy.
• 1 - 6 years' experience in related field.
• We follow a BYOD Policy- you must have your own laptop.
