What they need
You will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team intervening in acute or chronic diseases to maintain current health, and promote patients' well-being. You will identify and resolve drug-related problems as well as recommend appropriate drug therapy to ensure safe and effective drug distribution and outcomes. You will also communicate timely and accurate drug information, and provide education to the general public, patients, students, and fellow healthcare workers on matters pertaining to safe and effective medication use. In addition, you will be involved in research/ quality improvement efforts in the section.
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Good listening and communication skills
- Enjoys interacting with people of all levels
