Pharmacist

About the role

As a Pharmacist at Happy Pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our customers . In this full-time role, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of our community. With a focus on patient-centric care, you will use your expert pharmaceutical knowledge to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.

Job Description:

1. Achieving outlet sales targets.
2. Providing advice and guidance on medications to customers.
3. Handling sales for healthcare categories, including health supplements, over-the-counter medications, pharmacist consultations, prescriptions, and general nutrition.
4. Guiding, training, and motivating subordinates in promoting customer service and maintaining quality services for customers.
5. Handling all orders of healthcare products from branches and local suppliers.
6. Maintaining proper records of all sales of scheduled drugs in accordance with Pharmacy Legislation requirements.
7. Managing stock takes and annual member sales events.
8. Responsible for outlet development and growth.
9. Working on weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

1. Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
2. Preferably multilingual.
3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
4. Fully Registered Pharmacist.
5. Work Location: Desa Setapak, Ampang Point and Bukit Bintang
