Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines accurately and safely.
• Review prescriptions and identify potential drug interactions, contraindications, dosage concerns, and other medication-related issues.
• Provide appropriate medication counselling and professional health advice to customers
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and management of pharmaceutical products.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and inventory records.
• Support procurement and timely replenishment of medicines and pharmacy products.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.
• Attend to customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent patient/customer care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and customer information.
• Work effectively with pharmacy and healthcare team members.
• Support health education and promotional activities.
• Perform other professional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
