About the role
We are seeking a licensed and dedicated Hospital Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring safe and effective drug use, and supporting patient care through professional pharmaceutical services.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately based on prescriptions
- Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness and safety
- Provide drug information and counseling to healthcare professionals and patients
- Monitor patient medication therapy and report any adverse reactions
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory of pharmaceutical supplies
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
About you
- Graduate of BS Pharmacy
- Licensed Pharmacist
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, dosage, and interactions
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
