Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for practicing as a licensed pharmacist, ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, providing expert advice to patients and healthcare professionals, and supporting clinical pharmacy services. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical pharmacy practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Duties

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to all legal and safety regulations.
• Provide professional consultation to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy plans.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate pharmacy records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor patient responses to medications and report adverse reactions or concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical developments, guidelines, and best practices.
• Practice as a pharmacist with a focus on clinical pharmacy experience to support patient-centered care initiatives.
• Educate patients on health management topics beyond medication use when appropriate.

Experience

• Proven experience practicing as a licensed pharmacist with a strong background in clinical pharmacy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage medication therapies effectively within a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, healthcare providers, and team members.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in dispensing and recordkeeping.
• Knowledge of pharmacy software systems and regulatory compliance standards is preferred.
