About the Role

As a Pharmacist at our Bluff Point store, you will lead the daily team to deliver exceptional clinical standards, drive dispensary efficiency, and support the growth of professional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centric consultations across traditional and complementary health services.
• Oversee effective dispensary coordination, management, and QSPP compliance.
• Mentor and develop the pharmacy team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure full compliance with all state and federal legislative guidelines.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve key financial and operational targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with current, unrestricted AHPRA General Registration.
• Current Immunisation Certification and First Aid Certificate.
• Proven dispensary management experience with a high attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Valid rights to live and work in Australia.
