Pharmacist

Responsible for the safe and effective dispensing, preparation, storage, and monitoring of medications in accordance with hospital policies, pharmacy standards, and applicable regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dispense and prepare medications accurately based on valid prescriptions.
• Review prescriptions for appropriate dosage, interactions, and potential medication-related concerns.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, inventory, and control of medicines and supplies.
• Monitor medication stocks, expiration dates, and controlled drugs.
• Provide medication information and counseling to patients and healthcare staff when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and required documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy, patient safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Must be a Registed Pharmacist (valid PRC license is required)
• Fresh graduates and newly resgistered pharmacists are welcome to apply
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively oth independently and as part of a team
