Pharmacist

Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
• Set pricing strategies to maximize revenue and maintain competitiveness in the market
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions and track inventory
• Train and supervise employees to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
• Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
• Monitor retail math metrics, such as gross margin and inventory turnover, to optimize business performance
• Manage sales team and provide guidance on sales techniques and strategies
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
• Lead recruiting efforts to hire qualified staff members

Skills:

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Proficiency in using POS systems for sales transactions and inventory management
• Ability to effectively sell products or services to customers
• Experience in supervising and managing a team of employees
• Knowledge of employee orientation practices and training methods
• Understanding of retail math principles, including gross margin calculations and inventory turnover ratios
• Sales management experience, including developing sales strategies and analyzing sales data
• Familiarity with market trends and ability to adapt business strategies accordingly
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and train qualified staff members
