• Licensed Pharmacist
• Abide by the rules and regulations of Company
• Follow instructions from immediate superiors and Hospital Management according to t the norms of Company.
• Willing to work in other areas of the hospital premises if necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with healthcare providers to ensure accuracy of prescription information
• Provide patients and customers with necessary information about their prescriptions, medications, and products
• Monitor the packaging and labeling of medications and pharmaceutical products adhering to quality assurance standards at all times
• Compound chemo meds and conduct pharmacovigilance
• Complete specialized training in hazardous drug handling and safe chemotherapy preparation
• Maintain active professional license through timely renewal and required continuing education
