About the Role

San Pablo Colleges Medical Center is looking for Registered Pharmacists to join our growing healthcare team. We welcome both experienced pharmacists and fresh graduates who are committed to patient safety, quality pharmaceutical care, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and efficiently.
• Review and validate prescriptions, including dosage, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
• Provide patients with appropriate counseling on medication use, possible side effects, precautions, and storage.
• Assist in pharmacy inventory management and ensure proper storage and availability of medicines.
• Maintain accurate and complete pharmacy records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote safe and effective medication therapy.
• Ensure compliance with hospital pharmacy procedures and applicable Philippine regulatory standards.
• Participate in training, continuing education, and updates on pharmaceutical products and pharmacy best practices.
• Perform other pharmacy-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid PRC License.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Pharmacy or hospital experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and pharmacy/inventory systems is an advantage.
