Pharmacist

Medication Dispensing and Management:

• Accurately dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions.
• Manage medication storage, inventory, and distribution within the hospital.

Patient Care and Counseling:

• Provide patients with information about their medications, including dosage, administration, potential side effects, and storage.
• Address patient concerns and questions regarding medications.

Drug Information and Collaboration:

• Provide drug information to healthcare professionals to assist in medication decisions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize medication therapy.

Quality Assurance and Safety:

• Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to medication safety.

Other Duties:

• May be involved in medication reconciliation, adverse drug event reporting, and medication budget planning.
• May assist in the preparation of sterile medications or other specialized pharmacy services.

Qualification- BPHARM/DPHARM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
