Pharmacist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical advice to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting safe and effective drug use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately.
• Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate therapy.
• Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, side effects, storage, and interactions.
• Monitor patient medication therapies for effectiveness and safety.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records, including patient profiles and medication inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage inventory and order pharmaceutical supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.

Qualifications:

Education and Licensing:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) .
• Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Continuing education as required by licensing authority.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting preferred.
• New graduates may be considered depending on the setting and support available.
