Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications accurately, when applicable to assigned pharmacy functions, while reviewing prescriptions for completeness, dosage, drug interactions, and compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Department of Health (DOH), Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and other relevant regulatory standards, as applicable to the Company's operations.
• Prepare, review, maintain, and submit accurate pharmaceutical, regulatory, inventory, and operational records, reports, and other documentation required by the Company and applicable regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and manage pharmaceutical inventory at the assigned location, including receiving, storage, stock rotation, expiry monitoring, stock records, and proper handling of regulated medicines in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, healthcare partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies regarding product registration, compliance requirements, regulatory submissions, quality concerns, and operational support for the assigned location.
• Provide professional medication counseling, regulatory guidance, and technical support while participating in quality assurance activities, audits, process improvements, investigations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, delivery, and other operational teams at the assigned location to support the proper handling, documentation, storage, and movement of pharmaceutical products.
• Perform other pharmacy, regulatory, quality, logistics, and operational duties as may be assigned to support the Company's healthcare distribution and pharmaceutical services in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized educational institution.
• Must possess a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Pharmacist License.
• Preferably with two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience in community pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory affairs, healthcare distribution, or a related pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine pharmacy laws, FDA regulations, Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, inventory management, regulatory documentation, quality assurance, product registration, or pharmaceutical compliance is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with excellent communication, analytical, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
