Are you a motivated, patient-focused pharmacist looking to lead and make a real impact in your community? We're an independently owned and operated pharmacy seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to take the reins of our new store.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Lead, train, and manage pharmacy staff
• Ensure accurate dispensing and provide clinical services such as immunizations, MTM, and medication counseling
• Maintain inventory, order medications, and manage supplier relationships
• Build strong relationships with patients, providers, and community partners
• Promote a culture of safety, service, and trust

What We’re Looking For:

• Active pharmacist license in Texas and in good standing
• Previous management or PIC experience preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Passion for serving the community and improving patient health outcomes
