About The Job

You will provide good pharmaceutical care to our patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. 
On a daily basis, you will review patients’ prescriptions and medication charts for appropriateness of 
drugs prescribed and perform interventions on drug-related problems. Where applicable, you will 
recommend and monitor patient-specific drug therapy. You will dispense medications to patients, 
explaining the indications and side effects for drug therapy and instructions for administration. Where 
needed, you will provide drug information to other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent
• Eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good listening, written and communication skills

• Relevant in-house clinical competencies
• Soft skills – eg: communication skills, coaching/mentoring skills, etc
