Job summary

We are seeking a competent, responsible, and experienced Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, providing professional pharmaceutical advice, maintaining proper records, and delivering excellent patient care.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately.
• Review prescriptions and ensure appropriate medication use.
• Provide professional advice and counselling to patients.
• Monitor medication storage and ensure compliance with required standards.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy and inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with procurement when required.
• Ensure expired or damaged medications are properly identified and handled.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional pharmacy environment.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.
• Work effectively with other healthcare and administrative staff.

Requirements:

• Must be a registered Pharmacist with the appropriate regulatory body.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of medications, dispensing procedures, and pharmaceutical practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and strong ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates must be willing to reside in the provided accommodation where required.
